* Los huéspedes deberán abonar 100€ en concepto de fianza, que serán devueltos integramente en caso de no existir ningún tipo de desperfecto en el establecimiento.
* Guests must pay € 100 as a deposit, which will be fully paid back if there is no damage to the establishment.
** Para poder hacer efectiva la reserva se abonará el 50% en el momento de la misma. En el momento del check-in se abonará el 50% restante y el depósito en concepto de fianza.
